Creaky Knees

Categories: Chiropractor

Question:

Need suggestions for creaky knees (I’d like to oil them).  I’m in good health (mid 40’s) but wonder if something is lacking from my diet?  Or do I have to chaulk it up to old age?   = (    Just noticeable the last few months. Thanks, Nadine

I wouldn’t sweat it. My knees started making the most horrific noises a few years ago, when I was in my late 20’s (at the same time I got heavy into the martial arts :-)  I can even FEEL things in there, but both doctors and other martial artists have assured me this is no big deal. So long as they don’t hurt, then don’t worry.  (people in this newsgroup fret WAY too much)  Let pain be your guide.  In the mean time, you can use the noise to gross out your girlfriend(s)! John E. Hi Nadine (are you Nadine or Richard?), I have something to "oil" your knees!  It’s an all-natural supplement called "Structural Lubrication", and it works great.  All of the ingredients are minerals and herbs, and I’ve given it to several of my friends with various knee problems. If you’d like some detailed info, go ahead and e-mail me at Side Note:  Yes, I am a distributor for a company called Equinox, which is set up as an MLM.  This, however, is NOT my primary source of income (note the "hp" in my e-mail address) – after using the products myself, I saw how I could help a lot of people.  I personally guarantee all of my customers’ satisfaction, and would refund money to anyone who requested it (this has actually only happened once in my 18 months as a distributor).  Please don’t think of me as "MLM Slime" – some distributors are out to con you, but I promise I’m not one of them. Best regards, Sheryl Kagan

Try Apple Cider Vinegar twice a day. Make a glass of it by adding two tablespoons of undistilled apple cider vinegar to a cool glass of water with two tablespoons of honey. Loaded with potassium too. Best Regards, Barry – via BulkRate 2.1

This, plus other exercising three days a week >has made a big difference not only with my knees, but my whole physical >being. I’m 53.

I’m 36, but my knees (along with a few other things) were noticeably more creaky, and seemed to cause a lot of problems when I exercised. I found out about a podiatrist who is also a chiropractor here in Atlanta, and I seem to be getting results. My hip was out of balance and my gait was off, so this caused all kinds of problems. He ordered special orthotics that are supposed to help correct the imbalance eventually — I should know more the next time I see him. Since learning about all of this, I am more observant when I watch others walk. I see some kind of imbalance in most of the people I see. It’s possible that such an imbalance could contribute to creaky knees, a bad back, a bad neck, etc., especially for those over 30.
